This May and June, celebrate the season of fresh tea with a special afternoon tea in collaboration with Junichi Uekubo, renowned as Nara’s “Tea Master.” Enjoy a selection of sweets and savories infused with the rich aroma of Uekubo’s first-harvest green tea. For savory dishes, you can enjoy dishes that highlight the chef's skill with unexpected combinations with fruit, such as "Shine Muscat and Scallop Pinchos with Spice Aroma" and "Prosciutto and Shine Muscat Zucchini Rolls with Nara Soy Sauce Tuile."
